- The 4th finger still begins each group, but now continues stepwise through a scale
- The right hand plays the initial 4 pitches and the left hand continues the scale with the thumb
- Pay attention only to the beginning pitch as the pattern remains consistent across the white keys
- The only exception occurs in bars 6, 7, and 15 where you play F♯
- This descending pattern takes you through m 15
- When comfortable with this, continue
